Big Thank You and a question
Was fortunate to be able to fill an open seat sat. that fish Addict80 posted friday afternoon. Had a great trip as one of my daughters was able to go as well. Finished the day out of Depoe with 35 tuna and alot of great memories and some good instruction on catching and cleaning as this was my first trip for tuna. I think this "Dark Side" I've been hearing about is the black out after caring for the 18 fish that I took home. Canned a bunch Sunday and vacumn sealed the rest. The question is how well do they keep in the freezer? Plan on canning more later and was wondering how they keep vacumn sealed. Many thanks again to fish Addict80.
