Default Buoy 10 - What's the story?

Last night I read the latest report from The Guides Forecast. In it they said that Buoy 10 opens July 1st. I think they are wrong. Anyone else heard this? I just want to know what is correct. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

What wasn't clear in last nights guide forecast was that the opening was for the ocean for the Buoy 10 area from leadbetter point to cape falcon. You can read the specific regs on the ocean season here.
The season for the river upstream of buoy 10 begins on August 1 which is in the regulations that you can read here.
For all other regulations go to the fish & wildlife web site at http://www.dfw.state.or.us/
You might just get in a little trouble by keeping coho upstream of buoy 10 before August 1.
