Default Foster Lake Smallies

Any one know were to catch the smallies I have cought a bunch of little ones and one maye a pound possibly more but nothing real big you would think thier would me more bigger smallies cought any help would be great and what style of baits to use.thanks and tight lines

I go up there about half a dozen times a year and I don't think I have caught one over 1 1/2 pounds but I mainly stick to the South arm. No wind, no waves and it is a great way to kill a hot day.
I have had the best luck with a jig head and grub. No exotic colors, just the normal ones that work.
