Heading to Oregon!!!

Greetings,
OK you guys...I've had enough. Summer term gets out on Thursday, the wind is supposed to blow for another week around here...so I'm heading up!!! Never thought I'd travel back up to Oregon to catch Tuna!
My pa and I are leaving Thursday and should be arriving in Toledo Friday afternoon. Staying with "Red Floater" at the D&D B&B. We hope to fish Sat/Sun/Mon, then can fish Tues/Wed at my uncles house on the Umpqua. Have to be back in SLO next friday for a flight back East (to Vermont...anyone ever fished there?)
I look forward see some old friends/fishing companions. I am excited to fish with you folks this weekend. We plan on fishing out of my favorite port on the West Coast...Depoe Bay!

my parents grew up in Vermont. I spent some time there a lot of years ago, fished Lk Champlain a bunch, and also several of the Ponds that are loaded with trout. It seemed like every little creek was full of Cutts as well.

Its a very picturesque state..

Cool John...I still remember the day you took Doug (red floater) and I out and we got a couple nice halibut and those big nooks mooching!

My sis-in-law lives in Burlington...so we'll be right near Lake Champlain. I'll probably bring the fly rods! Thanks.
