Web Designer/ maint. needed--HELP!

I am looking for someone to help with my website. www.waterready.com
My graphics an design guy no longer does it, and am looking for new person to help put it all together. I know I've seen a few ifisher post in the past. Any help would be great, or point me in a direction. If someone is available, we can talk about pay, or possible trade for pontoon.
