Default dropper length for springers??

just curiouse what length's you guys like for springers with flatfish or kwikies? I have never actually fished for springers in oregon before in the 4 years I have been here so maybe tomorow will be the day. it is either springers or steelhead I might try back bounceing some eggs for steelhead while a friend of mine springer fish's at the mouth of the clack  that would fix both of our desires.

than there is also sturgeon

I usually anchor up in 15-18 feet of water, and go 3' X 3'....36" dropper and 36" leader.

18" - 3ft for the lead line depending on depth and water clarity. Around 4ft of 40lb for the leader.
