Default Wingman needed for 7/19 - Please!!

Looking for some company on Thursday out of either Newport or Depoe for some possible halibut/tuna/salmon if conditions permit. Thursday is still looking OK right now and I would like to find someone with some experience to follow. Don't want to take any chances but hopefully the wind won't kick up until late afternoon. I also have a seat or two in the boat if there are any experienced who want to take a ride. Thanks

I am looking for the same out of Newport. Thursday looks the best for the weekend. Need some butts in the freezer. I don't have a lot of experiance. I would travel along as well.

I was just talking with Dad's Dream and I think He and his boss and I will being doing the Hali-Tuna thing on Thursday out of Depot Bay....
We have experience on the ocean and very little with Tuna but have gone out a couple of times this year... and ready for another trip...
We will be leaving Depot Bay at around 6 am...
Just found out tonight that we are leaving out of Newport around 7:30 am.. or so...

If the ocean forecast holds, we'll be heading out of either depoe or newport for hali/salmon. I don't think we'll go out far enough for tuna, but if they're close enough in, we might give it a shot.

Waiting to see if the forcast holds, but so far Sea Jypzee is planning on making a Tuna run from Depoe Bay on thursday. Not really discussed Halibut yet with the crew. Speed of Sea Jypzee is slower than most, so if you're looking for a wing boat and can handle a 10-12kt cruise speed, give me a shout.

Depending on the forecast tomorrow I would like to hook up with any of you if that is ok. Never been out of the hole at Depoe and it looks like that is where most are headed. Will be watching the wind and talking to you guys/girls soon. Thanks for the replies.

Y'all still on for tomorrow? Looks like it's gonna be Newport for us. We're going to head to the north end of the pile for butts, then troll back for salmon.
