Accessed from Newport, 16 miles out at the rockpile. If you don't mind the drive and you have to have a limit of Silver, this is the spot.

How much does it cost to charter a boat out of Newport? Is the silver fishery open the whole week? I'll be steelhead/springer fishing on the coast Friday.
