If you are in Portland go see Todd at Portland Marine Electronics.

He's been installing a lot of gear for North River who is just down the road.

depends what you plan to do and how you fish..

my choice would be Furuno 2 X 10.4" FF/GPS/radar Navionics screens networked with the rear station mod'd so that the screen can be flush mounted and lockable. It is a pain to move your aft FF inside every day at end of day (ask me how I know this), I would get the 1 KW blackbox sounder and an Airmar B-260 transom mounted on a welded bracket. IF I wanted to save a few $, get the Airmar TM-258 and have NR fab a bracket for that. 4 KW radar dome, array w 6 kw if you hunt birds over Tuna, a Furuno A/P with autowork..and an icom 6 something w the better digital or Shake antennas.

A low end version would be 1 X 10.4" FF/GPS/Radar w 2KW dome, 600 W sounder and TM-258 or even P-66. No A/P and a mid-range Icom w single quality antenna. That will run you about $8K ish...

this hi end pile of toys will set you back about $15K and be state of the art and more importantly sturdy, and w Furuno in Camas, WA - well supported.

My $.02

Chartplotter - Look at the new Garmin 5000 series touch screens. The 5212 is amazing. The 5208 is the 8" version which may fit your boat better.

Fish Finder - Furuno 585 and a good transducer. Go to airmar.com to see what is available for an aluminum hull. You could also get a garmin FF if you dont want separate units. Furuno makes a better FF though.

VHF - Icom 422 is a bargain. Digital 529 antenna.

Radar - Garmin if you must have the radar overlay the chartplotter. For separate units, Furuno or Raymarine. A 4kw dome is fine for most people. If you want to blow some extra money and look cool, get a 6kw open array.

Autopilot - No question, TR-1 Gladiator. Simrad is a distant second.

Thats about 12 grand. Installation will be a couple more.

Have fun shopping.

I have a 24 NR OS. I think your issue will be space at the helm for separate units. I would recommend a multi-function display with plotter, FF and radar all integrated, with a second networked MFD at the rear steering station.

Brand is based on your personal preference and budget. I personally chose Garmin because I like their user interface, it's easy to transfer waypoints between units and PC, they have good support (mail in unit) and I had used their products previously. I don't have an auto-pilot but would lean towards TR-1 as they are now owned by Garmin.

Enjoy your shopping experience.
