Default Depoe Tuna live report

Got off the horn with one of our Dogs leaving and he said it was scratch fishing at it's finest. He went just shy of Tuna Town and the water was still green. They got 10 but it averaged a fish an hour. Guys fishing inside him were doing about the same, maybe better but all in all it was a green water fishery from the 61 to Tuna Town.

Salmon fishing was poor at best with most boats reporting not even a bite.

I remember once last year just going a "few" more miles. Funny what the actual number of few is when your all done

I just left Depoe Bay about an hour ago and the boat "fish dancer" caught 13 tuna. They said they even had doubles and triples. They caught them about 30 miles out from Siletz, which would put them in about the same area 44 55 x 124 40. I mentioned 61 spot but they didn't seem to know where that was. They had what appeared to be a 21 foot Arima with 3 people on board.

SiamEze (Tradewinds Charter) just came into Depoe from the Tuna grounds. Not sure how many on board, but 36 fish, all on rods. 44.58 by 124.37 were the numbers they gave me.

Heading out first thing in the am to that general area.

I talked to Sea-Nile and Herring Impared this afternoon. They were in the "61" area and each had about 20 tuna on board. They were headed back at Newport at around 1:30 this afternoon.

Could anyone post the numbers for the 61 spot and tuna town? I assume it is inside the 45 x 125 line :o.

Thanks in advance for any replys,
