Marsh Rats; not just for hunting...(pic)
Disclaimer #1: I do NOT know these people!!! They went zipping by our campsite a couple of times so we snapped a photo. Yes, they have on lifejackets and were having a blast!
Disclaimer #2: The water is only 3'-4' deep with a nice mucky bottom
Probably not what the Marsh Rat folks intended for their boats but it sure looked like fun on a hot day. Yes, we only saw them do this when Mom stayed on shore.

that guys lucky he didnt get a ticket for that...anytime your towing tubes,skies etc you have to have a spotter with a flag... and I only see one person in the boat.

Did I say it didnt???? heck ya its fun...hehe....I use to pull a tube around with my jetski all the time and never got caught!
I bet they would make great surf boards!

Not Paulina. I'll keep the spot secret to protect the "innocent"......The boat had a COOL airbrushed camo pattern that included VERY detailed cattails and reeds.
We almost didn't post this pic because of all the laws being broken (It's also a 10 mph zone  ). But they weren't hurting anyone, there was no one else on the lake and it did look like fun!!!

that looks like a hoot...i'll bet those kids are loving it.
they might be on the wrong side of a law or two, but it looks like they are on the right side of "fun"..and it appears no one is being too careless.

Is it possible that that 10mph limit was to help not create wakes which could disrupt wildlife nesting along shore?
That does look like fun though......defenitely a redneck
