Default Float rod

Looking to build a new float rod what are your suggestions???

What kind of blank is it Stew?..I wanted a loomis blank but they are not selling them right now..I was thinking allstar or rainshadow...TM

I've seen the custom built rod TH built for Stew and it is very nice. In the future I'd like to get one just like it.
