Default BC Report

...yawn....long 5 days..
Outerlimits and I fished Nootka N. for three days. Take = 10 Kings to 27#, 8 hali to about 30 and incidental Coho and "eaters"....
A 140 Hali hit the dock while we were there. Had a nice white hot King bite and worked for the others in highly varied water conditions.
Kings fell to Chovie behind flasher.
OL is the best "deckhand" to work my boat, if this guy needs a ride, offer QUICK !

Pics later when I get some sleep.

Jim, glad to hear you had some good fishing. I was thinking yesterday while grinding away in the heat that you should be back. Look forward to hearing the details.

How did your factory visit go?

no prawns...I already have ADD up there..and we are plotting a Tuna run in August..IF conditions cooperate....did a bit of recon there on that front - stay tuned..ice at $5 a bucket may be a limiting factor, that and $5 / gal gas....still... )))))

Hank: nice to know the Coho are down South, up there they liked the 4" Tomic in 84flg off any of the rocks.

Nootka proper should be heating up, looks like waves of fish, be prepared to move off a rock or spot and scout it out if nothing is happening and or you see no nets flying. The hiway (200'to300' anywhere) should pump out fish. We had to abandon my fave place and hit the hiway on day one to grind out 4 Kings.

...I will get some pics up eventually....
