Default 61 spot

Just did our first tuna trip out of Newport last weekend. We relied on the wealth of info from the salty dogs to help us stack eighteen tuna. Just had a quick question maybe a stupid one whare is the 61 spot you guys are always talking about.

It's not one exact spot, it's a wide area of several seamounts.

This Maptech page shows the area. Run your cursor across the page to get the numbers.

Hump on the left is the "piggy" aka "windy island" by the Depoe charters. Contour on the right actually has 3 seamounts inside it (visible on a bathymetric chart).

If you had to put numbers on it.....

44*55' on the north
44*50' on the south
124*38' on the east
124*43' on the west
