Are you talking a professional guided trip or a sport charter with 8 or more people?
The place to go is Astoria and Illwaco areas.

My choice would be Seabreeze Charters out of Ilwaco.....they are accustomed to putting small groups together for a trip and of my 3 trips with them, they limited the boat before noon every time.
