Spring Chinook in Lewis??

I was thinking of trolling for springers in the lewis next week. Anybody know if it would be worth my time yet? I've heard that there is a wild run of steelhead that comes thru the lewis sometime around now. If that is so, I was thinking of trolling with plugs for both. Any suggestions??

I think you have better chance on the steel for the NFL. Springers are usually better in March. There has been 1 or 2 returned up to the traps.

There's good steel in the Kalama right now and a regular run of natives that come up about now also.
