Hi. We have seven beautiful GSP pups. There are two females and five males. They vary in color from liver and white males to roan patched girls and boys. They come from hunting stock. Their parents are still in training and on site. They've only been out hunting a few times, mostly due to time. The parents have field champions in their bloodlines, including Montana Big Sky Conference winner. From Hawkeye Kennels? I think. Call and I can look it up on papers.

The pups have started to point at birds(mostly chickens), they are very cute. They are energetic and willing to learn. They have been raised in the house and are on their way to being housetrained. We have children, horses, and chickens, that the pups have been around daily.

The pups have had their first and second shots, worming, tails docked, and dewclaws done. They would be great hunter helpers (with training), or just a great family pet. One of boys has been seriously injured by one of the cats, he was clawed in the eye, he will probably be half blind, however he is healing VERY well. He only has a scar over his cornea now.

We are asking $550 for each of the pups except the injured one, which we are hoping to get $400 from, to help pay for his vet bills,shots, tail, and dewclaws. Please call for more info 503-556-4691 please email for more pics at bassettmam@hotmail.com .

Update: 2 girls and 5 boys still available. Two girls have gotten new homes. They are now 9 weeks old. We started showing them pheasants last night, they did quite well.

Yeah they are very cute and active. They are now getting to be housetrained, which is really nice. This is our first litter of GSPs it's quite a bit different from the bassets that we have bred in the past. If you would like a bunch of pics of these guys just for fun even just PM me or email me.

Update on injured pup, went to the vet last week. Vet said pup doing very well, has a small scar on the cornea that most likely will heal all the way to not be scarred at all. He is NOT blind at all, which is great. Vet was amazed at the progress he made, to almost losing the eye to only four weeks later having no blindness. Thank the Lord. Hi: We have five males, two liver and white ticked, one of which has a small scar on his left cornea. We also have 3 roan patched boys. If you would like pics just send me your email, via PM.
