Default Gold Beach tuna report 6/27

Ran out of Gold beach with at least 15 other boats mostly from Humboldt county-Fished out about 40 miles to the blue water line-water temp 59-61 .total 160 miles on the boat today-saw a huge number of
breezers on surface today-none that took swim baits-only one on a fish
trap trolling-final fish count for us was 16-one came unbuttoned on me
and a few drive bys(short strikes). Got 2 triples and 2 doubles all others
singles. a fair # on hydro mags and others on assorted zukers and
clones-some dark and some light. Great bunch to fish with-pulled the
plug at 3 pm which is really early for us and got home in daylite. Was the
high fillup at fred myers today in brookings with 96 gallons they said.
Most of the fleet averaged 15 fish a few in the mid 20s. One southern boat at 22/38 got 38 and a yellowtail. Mark
