IF you see anything, leave it alone and notify the CG or local law enforcement. Some of the materials on the F-15 are very hazardous when damaged and require special handling. These are also the same parts likely to be floating.

Correct me if I am wrong.. BUT the fuel they use is highly Toxic.. and really bad for the lungs...

OH yea. DO NOT TRY TO SELL IT!!!.. will get you a free ride & room in the local jail. :-). Like the parts from the shuttle.
