Ok, I admit to lurking for some time now. Problem was - not a good enough story. Went to Eagle Creek last Friday with my fishin' buddy, Fishnbus. Fished around for a while below Eagle Fern park and hit a new (to us) spot. About 1:30 PM had a nice hen take the jig just as I was starting to reel up, Fishin a fixed Thill float, 10# flourocarbon leader and a 1/4 oz. shell pink/white marabou jig with a hot pink head. Second Steelie on the bobber rig!
Soooo... you finally stopped being a lurker. And judging by the time of your post you won't be up early for fishing. Doesn't matter, you always do well with a noon to 2pm fish.Give a call when you get up. And welcome to ifish. Why didn't you post that pic we took of you and your fish? Probably the same reason I don't post pics, not a clue how to do it. :whazzup:
