Hardwood floors

Has anyone had any hardwood floors refinished recently? We just bought a house and one of the bedrooms wasn't done because the previous owner was going to put carpet in there. The room is 10' x 12'.

Also are there any recommendations for someone in the Vancouver area, or if a company in Oregon will come over and do the work?
