Default Cured and fresh salmon eggs

If you have been waiting for fresh and cured eggs, they’re here. Over the next couple of months, starting this week, I will be getting regular shipments of fresh eggs.

These eggs are coming out of Spring Chinook Salmon and are smaller, tight skeins. They are perfect for steelhead cast and drift fishing and salmon fishing with tight skeins that will last for multiple casts.

Right now the eggs we are getting are similar in size to a Winter Steelhead egg. Over the next month or so, they will get to the size of an Alaskan Chinook egg and by mid-July, they should start to look like a Fall egg.

We are once again taking orders for cured eggs as well. In addition to our famous Chinook bait, we are selling eggs cured especially for Summer and Winter Steelhead.

To contact me please check my web page or email me at Amerman@oregoncoast.com. Thanks, Scott Amerman.

I have got a lot of questions as to were the eggs are available. I have a place on the coast in Hebo and a place in Forest Grove. Other arrangements can be made.
