I need AC help in Corvallis
Hi all,
Last summer I installed a new furnace and AC coil in my house, I purchased the outside condensor at the same time. I need to find someone to help me finish the install, I would rather pay someone to do it then me try and screw it up. I talked to a couple of the local heating and AC shops and none of them want to help since I started the install myself. All I need is someone that knows how to connect the refridgerant lines and evacuate them. I can get the electrical done with a normal electrician.
Anyone know someone that can help?
Thanks!

The problem getting someone to help is most likely the fact that the EPA got involved with the fluorocarbons and created a possible liability issue if they leak for the person holding the liscense. I ran into the same problems when I installed AC in my house. Nobody would charge the system for me. I finally found a installer who would certify my system and charge it but it cost me more than I saved by trying to do the labor on my own.
