Anyone been to the coast?

I'm heading down to Astoria for a social visit, but of course can't leave the boat behind.

I figure sturgeon are on the flats, Church hole, Astoria Bridge hole, and of course crabs, but what about ling cod on the rocks? 3Arrch Rocks is accessable in the morning it looks like. Chinook are still coming through but is the bar still open for chinook? Anyone know if they are around or have any other hot 'go get em' suggestions?
