Need a log hauler
Got a self-picker?
The Oregon Wildlife Heritage Foundation has been donated some logs by Tri-Met (trees coming down for the new light rail line) and needs them taken from Milwaukie to Barton.
Rod Brobeck, the director, said the foundation will pay the hauling costs.
However, they want to take them with root wads attached (makes better habitat) and will store them that way.
Sounded as if there are quite a few, ranging from 14-15 inches diameter to a few feet. There's a good bit of work there if someone has a truck and wants to make the money.
Call him at the foundation office, 503-255-6059.
