Default Spammers on ifish-

It's been brought to my attention that a few members are getting spammed via PM by some local Portland business.

I have worked very hard to keep ifish free of unwanted spam and/or advertisements. Even the people who sponsor ifish don't use this tool, and they probably could, if they asked!

We call this service "Private messages".
I think that should mean that no unwanted mail will go there. That it is private to you, and ifish members. No one should be using the ifish membership to target and take advantage of you.

Therefore, if you get advertisements from other members in your private message box, PLEASE forward them to me and I will take care of it immediately, with my apologies.

Sometimes people just slip through... they don't read the AUP and think that it's OK to do. It's not.

I would really appreciate your complete cooperation on this. Just simply hit the forward button and start typing Jennie in the "to" field. It will pop up with my moniker. Then, hit send.

Thanks much,

Jen

THanks for the heads up Jen! Any Spam comes this way I'll be sure to shop it up and scramble it your way with some eggs! ! Sorry, but that's what "Spam" is to me. After just hitting the big 40 these are the crazy little things I remember! Like I couldn't think of any better memories?!

Every time I open my cupboard, I go, "EWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

Bill actually EATS that stuff!!!!

Oh, eweieeeeeeee~! My grandparents used to carry that stuff in the back of the car and on our way to Diamond Lake, or camping, Grandma would get that out and make sandwiches for us kids.

WE LIKED it then!!!!

Eweieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Grosses me out, now!

There were times overseas (military...not fishing) when I'd have done quite a bit more than I would now to get my hands on a can...

Spam, I found the wild animals will not touch the stuff. Luncheon loaf canned meat, was gone in 2 day's.

will perform another Trail cam test with the stuff, in new location.

I ate whole can once, while doing a River survey from head waters to a remote village in Alaska. IT did keep me warm, burned up the calories in the rain storm Fighting White water rapids. Bad part! Nxt morning, well, lets just not mention The after effect of spam in the human body!!...

yucky stuff, good if last resort food only...

Hey Anglingaddict what is the best way to get the jellied lumps out of the keyboad, I used compressed air but now it in is everywhere in the office.

Thanks alot Jennie for asking me for my Spam. What a hassle sending it through the internet. Do you think you could just come over and get it next time......or better yet just send Bill to get his own Spam and leave ours alone.

OK BCF

Every time we go to Costco, Bill gets this greedy look in his eyes.
They sell spam by the case.

Spam is #1 in polynesia and Hawaii.

It's pretty good fried. But then you can fry most anything and it is pretty good.

OK BCF

Replace the keyboard and drop a fried egg on top of the "jellied" one!

This is no joke, I was in Hawaii in January and they had about a million facing's of the stuff in the grocery stores. Here they have about 2 facing's on one shelf. I heard there love of spam stem's from the military being over there years ago.
