Default where to crab this weekend?

I'm taking someone out who is new to crabbing and wants to try their boat out. Where would be the best chances of catching? I've crabbed a lot in the past but not so much recently, are there any places better than others right now?

I just called Bayshore RV located on Netarts Bay and they said a ton of boats are out there crabbing just around the bend and are just now starting to bring them in. She expects that the crabbing will be VERY good this week.

to call them :503- 842-7774

Thank You,

Marie at Tillamook Bait Company 503- 842-5031

I was at Jetty Fishery Thursday, Nehalem Bay.

Lots of small crabs.

2 keepers, should be better this weekend?

Netarts, however watch the afternoon ebb. Stay clear of the area arount the mouth. Crabbing is good up bay, out of the main channel.

Good luck
