It is real hard to congratulate a Beaver for anything !!

I don't remember any Beavers saying anything about the Ducks track and field championships but what the hell (there is only so much you can execpt from a Beaver)!!

Tickets were gone at 8:35. But for the most part they were gone at 7:45. Drove by Gill at 8:35 and people were ALL walking away (60+) without tickets. Then driving back to work, I had to stop for a large truck with bleachers pulling up the street towards Goss field. So it looks like they got their bleachers back!

I started trying to get on the website at 6:50 and couldn't even get on to get tickets. Of course some who got tickets are already advertising them on Craigslist for $100 = per seat. That makes me mad.

I Still need tickets if somene cant make the game(s).

I am in the same boat, I was on line at 6:50 and tried to 8:30. No luck. I even had two computers going.

OSU did announce that the remaining tickets (after season ticket holders) were going to be sold only in person or via phone with no online ordering available.

I spoke with the ticket office this morning, they had ~1000 avalible and sold all of them online by 8:35 am. There were no phone or in person sales at all for non season ticket holders. They had an extra server running and allowed 300 people at a time on the website, a maximum of 10 tickets per person. There were over 300 people trying to hit the website as early as 6:50 AM and 1500+ in the online "waiting area" untill after they sold out.

Obviously some were slimy scum sucking scalpers looking to make a quick buck (which unfortunatly they did with me) because they have been selling on craigslist for as much as $300 per seat during the day today. I got lucky and found some cheaper ones for $50 a seat. Might have 2 extras to the Sunday game which I posted in the ifish classifieds at my cost.
