Default Willi report, Boone bridge Sat 05/19

Hey guys,
I'm a newbe who has enjoyed reading all your advice over the past few months and it all paid off today. It's obvious you guys know what you're talking about! My wife is out of town so I decided to take the boys out of Boone Bridge for the afternoon. We fished plastics all day trying to find the shallowest water we could. The water temp ranged between 57-60. Shakey heading finesse worms seemed to work best, especially when fished slowly back to the boat. My oldest caught this 16", 2.0 lbs smallie and my younger son picked up a couple of 13-14 inchers in about 4 casts on one of our favorite flats. It was enough to keep them wanting to come back for more, which is always the goal with young ones, right? Anyway, we had a great day and I just wanted to say thanks for all your advice so far.
.

KStock,
Nice REPORT! Love to see kids having fun. Way to remember the camera. Take lots of pictures...I wish my ol'man had taken some. Now I only have my memory to remember those special trips w/ my father.

Pictures make it so much easier. Man I hope I never get Alzhiemers...or I'd forget even that.
That would BITE.
