Man, I work no more than a mile from Lacamas Lake and am always tempted to give it a try on my lunch breaks. After seeing them pics, I may have to. What area of the lake do you fish?

lacamas as far as i am concerned is a boaters lake getting a fish like that from the bank is going to be hard. I hooked another one last week like that or bigger it snapped me off with 10lb test so i switched to braid. Anywhere along the bank with good structure is a good place to start and I was fishing 1-3 feet of water with a black and blue bitsy bug and a zoom super cheunk june bug trailer

i adapted to that lake the second time i fished it on the bank.ever since then if i do fish it for an hour or two i would hook up into a few a trip.its either fish between 1.5-2.5 pounds or 4 to 6lbs.theirs plenty of fish in their. lots of crawfish by the way.so anything that looks like it would catch them.

the slime makes it a little tough to fish but as long as you can deal with reelin in and taking the slime off its great

I was there on 06-05-07 and got into a few from the boat launch using a buzz bait. Then the storm hit..........I got real wet. It seems like something has spawned in the lake recently because I see all sorts of 1 inch fish that run away from my buzz bait.
