Novice seeks ocean salmon help

I was thinking of booking a dory salmon trip this summer for my birthday and some friends. I've fished Neah Bay but not the Oregon salt. I have info on a couple of guides but I'm hoping some Salty Dog can help me out with the best 2-3 week period to target chinook? coho before the allocation dries up?
