Polaris parts prices

Went over to the local Polaris dealer to pick up some oil for my Sportsman 500, $7.69 per quart! ouch! But that was'nt the worst of it. Needed an anti-freeze recovery bottle for a Scrambler 500. This is a little plasic pint bottle mounted to the frame to hold anti-freeze as the machine heats up. Cost: $73.00!!! I had her re-check that price because I was thinking she must be quoting the price for a radiator, Nope, she says $73 Bucks! Polaris must be selling hammers and toilet seats to NASA also!

That's it! The bottom broke where that elbow screws into it.

I bought an 02 sportsman 400, it was a basket case, i paid 500$ for it and it cost me $3200.00 to get it running, its basically brand new now but i could not believe the prices of polaris parts. 30$ for a tie rod end? give me a break..............
