Default Diamond Lake near Spokane

I'm heading up to Diamond lake near Spokane, on June 20th, and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it. I'll be staying at my uncles house on the lake, but I've never been there before so I don't know anything about it. I looked at it on the satelite, and it's pretty big with easily 100+ docks. I'll have a boat to use, too, which will be nice cause it looks like most of the bank is private. I'll be targeting bass, but if there are pike in there Id like to hook one of those, too. Any info. would be nice. Thanks.

I've not fished the lake. But the docks would be the place for Bass. Look for any weedbeds for the pike.

If you have time, checkout Newman Lake. It holds a population of Tiger Muskie and some nice crappie. I fished it two summers ago in early July and three of us culled 50 nice hand size and bigger crappie. I had a brief fight with a muskie but with 4lb test on for crappie it didn't last long!! We were using surface plugs for the muskie, and saw quite a few fish rolling on the surface most of the day. The crapppie came from the north end where there is a great weed bed. The lake is just north out of Liberty Lake.
