Default Favorite Shad Recipe's

This is my favorite way. I like to take a nice dry piece of alder plank. I then place a shad on the plank and usually doctor it up with salt, pepper, mrs. dash garlic seasoning. You must have your favorite beer in hand. I place the oven on 350 degrees and bake it for 1 hour. Take it out of the oven and THROW THE SHAD AWAY AND EAT THE ALDER PLANK.
Who would every eat sturgeon and crab bait.
Sturgeon are way to fun to catch and crab well need I say more.
Dan!
