Re: Tillamook Bay
I am working today and it has been a busy day already. Hopefully will get out fishing tomorrow and tues. In the middle of getting house ready to paint but that can wait. We are thinking of heading to T-bay in a week or so or should we wait a bit longer than that?

Re: Tillamook Bay
T bay....
Ok, put in at about 8, went straight out to the jaws, as the tide wasn't running strong enough yet. Outside there was about 7 foot swells, and inside a stomach churning 4 foot, with weird tidal swells going every which way. It was strange out there and... I DIDN'T LIKE IT! Don't be surprised if you invite me out to the ocean and I politely decline!
So we headed to the coast guard hole.
Fished that for a bit, and headed to the ghost hole.
Nothing for four hours. Not even many boats fishing. Mostly crabbers out.
I guess Marty is right. I didn't see him out there. When you see "Gone Fishin's" boat out there, it is time....
Tomorrow, grasshopper?

Re: Tillamook Bay
The springer that was caught was caught outside. How come it wasn't you?
So glad we didn't go out there! YIKES!
Hawaii 5 0 huh? SCARY!
The coast guard kept closing and reopening the bar all day. That was my first clue!
It's open, its closed, open, closed.
Closed to me!
I think it's a bit early. Bill is fishing the Trask today. I'll give you an update on that when he returns...
As for the casoron, I hate that stuff, but it is Bill's wonder cure for anything out of place.
I try to stay in place.
And..... I can't wait to meet your wife, fm, we can get together and talk badly about the people who use this stuff!

Re: Tillamook Bay
Mission and all,
Upriver was dead and mossy on Sunday. Parked
in a good spot with about 10 boats around
and no one went off on anything.
