Newport Open Seats
Hi! I'ts about that time of year again. We have a 26' long 10' wide very seaworthy Campion boat called the Esther-Marie we fish out of Newport.
I am compiling a list of fisherman that are looking for open seats to go halibut, tuna and bottom fish, fishing will also be doing salmon if they show up in numbers to make it worth wild. Between my dad and I, we have a combined number of about 50+ years of ocean experience, I myself have fished from Alaska to San Fransisco commercialy and sport both. If you and or your friends are looking for a great day or two of fishing let us know we might be able to help you out we are always looking for new fishing buddies. If some one would let me know how to post pictures I would be glad to post some LOL! We have already took out some great Ifishers Fyshndad and some of his friends went out last halibut trip of the year last season and we really wacked em it was a great time for all.

Re: Newport Open Seats
Hello Packy,
I am in Depoe Bay and would like to be added to your list.
I am self employed, so can go just about anytime with a couple of days notice to clear my desk. I am always happy to do my share and chip in with the $.
Thanks

Re: Newport Open Seats
Hi Packy-
Think a girl might be able to make the list?
I'm a pretty good fisherperson!! and I have good references & can bait a hook & clean 'em after we catch 'em!!
However, I must thank my husband for teaching me, I really don't do a lot of fishing with out him.
What do ya think?
Sent ya a PM.

Re: Newport Open Seats
I had Chinook Nut out on my boat for salmon and tuna last season. Excellent crew if anyone is looking.

I would love to pitch in for gas, ice, lunch, snacks, bait and a whole lot of effort as a crew member. I am a Teacher so Weekends are great until after June 15th then any other days open up to fishing.
