Question for ya~

I'm planning on doing some plunking this Saturday and don't want any fines for keeping the big motha I catch! I understand the regs to say from the I-5 bridge to Bonne is closed for retention. Is that accurate?? I know it's a stupid question but I don't know the power lines they are talking about. I'm assuming that west of I-5 I'm good to go right??

You are ok if you fish downstream of I5.

It will open above I-5 the 15th of March.

I believe it is closed above I-5 through the 15th and will open on the 16th.
