Additional Salmon and Tag for $12

The way I understand how this is going to work it that Oregon anglers can now purchase an additional salmon and steelhead tags for $12.00 and this tag is good for 10 fish. We can also purchase these tags in unlimited numbers, but they can only be used for fin clipped (hatchery) salmon and steelhead. One suggestion is to save your 20 fish tag for the fall chinook and to use these extra tags for the ocean and Buoy 10 coho or hatchery steelhead. Sounds like a great deal to me. Hopefully this will result in less clubbing at the hatcheries, more funds to keep our hatchery open and more salmon dinners.
