Ifish regulations and rules:
There will be no racial slurs and no insultive name calling.
There will be no blatant advertising for commercial purposes, except for as a simple url to your web site from you, as a contributor to the discussion.
I had the distinct pleasure of hitting the delete button of a repeated annoying offender this morning.
I will continue to do this.
I have repeated e mails from users who appreciate my efforts to keep this a clean board.
I have had a very few who call it censorship.
The appreciation for my efforts to keep this a "discussion board" far outweighs the people who would like to see this a "disgusting board".
Thanks for your support!

I so appreciate that you have stuck to your guns this whole time on this issue. I like the fact that we can just talk fishing, share tips, and check out various fishing reports. I am just so sorry that people have to make it so hard for you to run this board. [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] Me, I just like to talk fishing and about rivers and things of the outdoors. Jen: missed the post you had to delete. May I again suggest that to avoid future occurances that a simple statement placed below the Ifish decal which states" all post containing obscene or vulgar language will be immediately deleted and you may be banned from future posts on this bb."

I know you said that somewhere in the rules y ou have this, but I go the the discussion page directly and by pass the isfish.net page.

I"m new but keep up the great work. We don't need anything that takes away from what your trying to do here. There are too many other sites people can go to and do those things. Long live the salmon.
