Default First time this season

Hi all,
Question for you experienced boat owners. I purchased a nice 18' Starcraft with a newer Yamaha 50 hp on the back last year. I did nothing last season except replace a waterpump. I did start it about every 2 months during winter when I didnt use it. What should I do this year before I take it out??? My thoughts are the following
1) change spark plugs ( unknown mileage im 3rd owner)
2) change the water seperator
3) change the engine oil / filter
4) change the lower unit oil
5) Wash it

Did I miss anything, should there be more ??? Would a safe timeframe to do all these 1 time a year I dont use the boat but 10x a year right now. There could be more when I get my new top installed, but for now 10x.

thx
jim
