Edited text update: After looking one more time at the pic, I realized the person in question is NOT Salmonator, but someone else's favorite uncle Billy. Sorry Salmon for my mistake. Wondered what Billy was doing at the boat ramp, when he fishes, it's not for anything swimming in the sea.
