Default Powerboat Reports Mag - Dead

..here is what I got today, looks like the may issue is the last, I was an off and on subscriber/reader..I know a least a few of the Dogs are also...bummer:

The May issue was the last issue of Powerboat Report, which, after 20 years, has ended its circulation. You will soon be receiving a letter from Boating magazine regarding subscription fulfillment. Current Powerboat Reports subscribers will receive at least two issues of Boating magazine for every issue of Powerboat Reports they are due. Boating will also be providing a toll-free telephone number for those who have questions.

It was my pleasure to serve you as the editor of Powerboat Reports for the past eight years. I truly believed in its mission of objective testing of boats and gear. In addition, I enjoyed acting as an advocate for the consumer during my tenure, which included 97 issues of Powerboat Reports.

I count myself as a lucky man because my job consisted of two of my great passions-boating and journalism. It was because of you that I was able to spend so much time on the water, while improving myself as an editor.

Yup, I got the same email a couple of days ago. It's a bummer. I've subscribed since day one. They always called a spade a spade and I liked that.

I didn't always buy based on what they said but it helped to have a straight answer.
