Default Ifish Kwikfish

I think when I run out of kwikfish, I'm going to fly to Mexico and hide out for a while.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I'm going to have some unhappy campers. :depressed:
There is just NO WAY I can have xxxxx numbers of people who want Kwikfish, and xx numbers of physical Kwikfish in hand.
I am only giving one per person, and checking my lists, and .... anyhow, doing the best I can. saving some for certain show days...
However, there are only so many!
So, in knowing that I will leave some not so happy, I now am announcing my departure before the tomatoes fly!

hmmmmmm.... low supply, high demand

If I remember from my economics classes that results in higher prices

How long before we see the ifish quickfish for sale at scalped prices?

I just might leave mine in the package and see what kind of price 'ol spotty is fetching

I am dividing them into thirds.
One part for today, when I'm out, I'm out.
One part for tomorrow, from show open, until 1:00 PM, when I leave for home. When I'm out, I'm out.
I WILL NOT BE AT THE SHOW SUNDAY!!!
One part for those that cannot attend. When I'm out, I'm out.
Plus, I get one. I'm going to go get Buzz to sign mine.
DO NOT write to me to save one for you. I simply cannot handle the e mail now, and I will tell you when I can.
The ones that I have left over for those who cannot attend: I will take e mails, when I get home, and not until. Out of those who respond, within one week, I will do a random drawing for those I have left. It's the only way I can, to make it fair.
Jen

Gee, that's a shame. I can't make the show till after 1:00 on Saturday - kids basketball - guess I'll miss out on meeting you again this year. Believe me, I understand, it's been a long week already. Take care. Enjoy the rest of the show. I guess I'll try for one of those "can not attend" kwikies and see what happens. Will there still be hats available after you leave? zip

Lumpie pie said she would work the show on Sunday, but I haven't heard from you lately, Lumpie. Are you? I have a pass for you, if you'd like!
For now, my plans are to pick up and leave. If Lumpy wants to work the show, I'll change plans. Don't have her e mail handy, on this puter.
Call me if you have my cell phone no. If not, I dunna know what to do!

I am learning as I go, ladies and gents. Next year I will figure out a better way to fairly distribute the kwikfish that we are given.
I am so sorry, and feel badly for those of you that I disappointed. I am truly sorry.

I find myself busier than I would prefer, and you all know what happens when you over extend yourself.

That said, I am doing my best to be fair to all. I have a hard time saying no to people. I really do. When someone walks up and wants a kwikfish so bad, and didn't see the post to sign up... well, you know. :depressed: Not everyone reads every post, including myself.

I feel like some people, who contribute to ifish a lot are deserving, even though they missed the proper order of things.

Never in my life figured that a simple lure would complicate my life so much! LOL!

I keep looking at mine, thinking it's way cool, but wondering "Why is this lure so important?!"

I was at the Sportsman show yesterday and looked for an ifish booth but never found one. I think the whole thing is a hoax. Could someone post a picture of the ifish kwikie? Just curious what I missed out on.

Jennie - after meeting you last night and buying a Kwikfish I was going to write a post encouraging everyone that signed up on the Kwikfish list to make sure they stepped up to the plate and actually bought one. Guess there's no need for that. However, there a couple of things I would like to say.

First: Jennie, never apologize for selling something of value at a fair price. I could tell that you were uncomfortable asking $10 for the Kwikfish. Being a custom item with a limited production run, they would have been a bargain at $20. I'm sure mine will never take a swim, let alone see the outside of the package.

Second: For those of you who attend the show - be nice to Jennie and even if you can't buy a Kwikfish, buy some other iFish products. She has a couple of styles of hats, again at a bargain price. Jennie works hard for all of us and I can tell that the show wearing her out. Where possible, lets show our appreciation with a little $.

Do a search on the numbers 1029.
I'm sure I have posted which booth I am at, several times. BOOTH 1029, Salmon Master Guide Service!

Again, and again and again, if you signed up, you will get one at the show, until they are gone.

I have a limited number of kwiks, and nearly 2 times that amount of people signed up for one.
Not everyone will get one.
I'm sorry, but that's the way it is.

Jen

Lumpie called. She will work the show tonight, to relieve me, and on Sunday.
She will not be selling kwiks on Sunday, however, unless there are some left over from tomorrow's stash.

She will have green hats and grey hats, and ifish stickers.

Driftwood color hats are sold out.

Thank you, Lynda!

Jennie, i wont be able to make it to the boat show this year so you can sell the one i reserved. I would have come and get it but the sportsman show is kind of same for me but since the demand is good it works out better this way.

I think I scared you all off!
I barely sold what I set aside, today!
That means I'll come home with some, so there will be some kwiks for the people who could not attend. Not many, but some!

ALSO: Please, if you are coming tomorrow, make ifish your first stop. I'd like to go home as early as possible. I will TRY to stay until 1 at the latest.

Maybe I should sell this thing on eBay (I wonder if I could make enough to get a copy of Redbull's boat? )
