His english is pretty poor for a Dr. from Great Britian. Big red flag there, might be Russian or Nigewrian. Probably will pay with a bad card and ask for a refund.

99% sure it is a scam. What will happen is she will pay with a credit card and one of two things will happen next. 1 she will over pay and ask that you send the overage back by wire transfer. 2 she will pay the correct amount and trhen cancel a day or two later and ask that you wire the money back. In either case the card is fraudulent and you will be out the wired funds. I have had hundreds of those at Dees flashers wanting large orders for overseas. My policy is to say exact purchase price and require wired fed funds (Good funds in the banking or securities industry). All but one have declined or disappeared. The one has become a good customer that we ship product to a Swis company about twice a year, and he still wires exact amount of good funds before we ship.

I sent him a reply but it got bounced back. They did not leave a phone number either. I think it smells like a rat.
