Okay fight fans what do you make of the IFL? I've watched the programs a few times and they are somewhat entertaining and not as blood thirsty as the Octagon but certainly not as exciting. Seems to be a few different types of these leagues forming and was interesting in you fish headed fight fans opinions.

I've watched it several times, overall I like it, however they need to ban the choke hold, choking someone out isn't fighting.

I like it cause you can see some real Veterans of MMA teaching up and coming future MMA stars. I also like it cause team Wolfpack is from portland and it's a team sport instead of the individual. I think it is really good for guys just coming into the art and it'a also a good place for the big shows to scout talent.

It's MMA, not fighting. There is a big difference.
A kid/(young man) that my son wrestled with from South Salem Saxons is fighting for Ken Shamrock's Lions....Watch for Patrick Healy. I hope he kicks ya know and takes names!!!!

You never fought Ju jitsu or Judo.....This is why the Gracies out of Brazil did so well for so many years. My theory is/was: eventually every fight goes to the ground....when it does bar the joint or choke them out .
