Pirates.... That kind of stuff is very disturbing. There is no closure when bodies or evidence is not found. Hopefully they will solve this case.

Pirates are somewhat prevelent these days. I know of several yachts that secretly carry at all times a weaponry arsenal onboard as well as a breifcase full of cash; AKA "bribery/insurance policy"

Doesn't sound like pirates to me. One the boat was pretty close to Australia when found. 80 miles I believe. It departed within Australian waters to go to another part of Australia. Second don't think pirates would have left the boat with a laptop sitting on a table. They would have taken anything valuable. Strange though as the life raft was gone but the life jackest weren't. Maybe someone fell overboard and the other two went to get him?

There's no doubt that this was an alien abduction. They took the life raft just to throw us off the trail.

The alien pirates came and ate the dinner then reset the table. I bet they did the radio role call on the ssb and changed the oil too???

This is a weird. I have MANY sailing ocean miles and it's hard to even come up with scenarios. However, one of the crew could have just pulled a nutty. He could have already been a nutty or pulled a nutty. The ocean can wig you out???
