Can anyone recommend a small motel on N. Or. Coast?

I was looking to take the wife to the coast somewhere this weekend. Can anyone recommend a small, coastal view motel? Thanks!

Where do you want to go on the North Coast?
Astoria , seaside, cannon beach, Lincoln city? How far north?

GBSkunk - if you really want to earn some points with the wife (hopefully to be cashed in for some future fishing trips) take her to the Stephanie Inn in Cannon Beach. It may be more than you want to spend, but it is a wonderful place to stay and if she's anything like my wife, she'll love it. I think it's around $200 a nite for a really nice room but I think they have some that are a little less expensive. It's right on the beach, and they have fresh cookies in the cookie jar all day long!

Jen, I'm lookin for anything from about Pacific City to Seaside.
Killertraylor, it sounds like a great place but it's a little more than what I'm looking for.

GBSkunk, You might try the Sea Treasures Inn
at Rockaway Beach, Nice little town, and
Wheeler and Nehalem is not far away....
Rockaway Beach is in between Tillamook and Seaside....
