The Kalama started out slow but has definatly picked up this week! Most of the fish are being caught in the lower river from the Slab Hole boat launch to I-5. I am seeing springers in the 10-30lb. range and a number of summer and winter steelhead. A couple of weeks ago there was a 28lb. hatchery steelie taken!(WOW)!!!
