When do the lower Columbia nets come out?

I assume people are talking about the tooth tangle experimental fishery. Are the nets realy having that much of an impact on the run, or are we just witnessing a normal fluctuation of nature? I thought daily counts very anyway. The last count I saw was for Fri. around 7000 fish. That is a big drop from the 15,000's. Does someone also know how long it takes for the fish to get to Bonni? I am planning on spending Thurs night - Sunday at my dad's in N. Bonni. fishing. I hope it is most Excellent.

Not certain but I think Tuesday is the last day for nets.
