Suggestions for the Wednesday re-opener:

Since fish bio scuba divers have noticed today that ALL the springers that were up between Rooster Rock and the Bonneville deadline have been caught, and they only expect a few more to move in there, and they have 'scoped' thousands of fresh new ones have moved into the very lower river ... I strongly suggest you guys fish between Cathlamet and Portland. Since someone has to try to catch one of the few remaining sringers up near Bonneville, I will take that dirty job. I'll let ya know if there is much happening up there. Good luck - tight lines. - Steve

Hey RT,

My fishing buddies and I love to sing when we stick fish. We have two songs that we sing all the time.

The first, is a take off from "Limp Bizkit's" song "nookie"....We sing:

"We did it all for the nookie!...Yeah!....Chinookie!...Yeah!...so you can take that hookie!...and stick it in your...Jaw!...stick it in your...Jaw!

I love that one! The second one that we sing has two variations. We took Third Eye Blind's song "Have to Let You Go" and only changed a few words. Whenever we get a native (or an unclipped hatchery) then we sing in the really high pitched voice:

"I have to let you go"
"I have to let you...turn around your fins on eachother"

and so on...The other version, all we do, is a change if we get a hatchery clipped fish. We just change the wording to

"I'll never let you go"

My favorite one though is definitely the take on Limp Bizkits song though. We get a lot of weird looks coming back into the hog line holding up a chinook, head banging, and singing a hard rock song.
